1. Personal data collected

BTCfactura.com, operated by SC. Digital Payments Srl, collects the minimum data necessary to provide the services. Data includes identification (name, email), transactional information (crypto wallet address, IP), technical data (cookies, Google analytics) and optional KYC data for daily volumes over 999 EUR.

Collection is based on consent, contract execution, AML/KYC legal obligations and legitimate security interests.

2. Purposes of processing

Data is used exclusively for service delivery, security and fraud verification, site improvement through anonymous analytics, legal compliance and marketing only with explicit consent.

No automated decisions with legal impact are taken.

3. Sharing and data transfers

Data is not sold. It is shared only with technical providers under GDPR contracts, legal authorities and third parties for delivery. International transfers are limited to the EU/EEA or use GDPR-compliant standard contractual clauses.

4. Retention period
