Introduction
BTCfactura.com is operated by SC. Digital Payments Srl, with its registered office in Paleu, Bihor, Romania. By accessing the site, the user unconditionally accepts these terms.
1. Service description
The site sells gift vouchers and digital prepaid codes for entertainment platforms (Steam, Netflix, Amazon, eMag, Kaufland, Carrefour, Decathlon, evoMAG, Roblox), as well as bill-payment and SIM top-up solutions. Products are delivered exclusively electronically, instantly by email.
No financial or currency-exchange services are offered. Transactions involve the purchase of non-refundable digital products. Payments are made exclusively in cryptocurrencies, which are volatile.
2. User account and verification
Initial use does not require an account. For high volumes (over EUR 999/day), KYC verification is mandatory by providing identity documents, in line with AML and GDPR regulations. Refusing verification can lead to access suspension. See our AML/KYC policy for the full procedure.
3. Order and delivery
The process involves selecting the product, paying in eligible cryptocurrencies and receiving the PIN/voucher code instantly by email (1-5 minutes). Delivery is not guaranteed if the crypto transaction fails for external reasons.
4. Prices and payments
Prices are shown in RON/EUR including VAT. Crypto payments are converted at the transaction’s rate. Network fees are borne by the customer.
5. Refund and cancellation policy
Products are digital and non-refundable per applicable law. Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases: insufficient/erroneous payment, or inability to deliver due to operator fault. Refunds are processed in the same cryptocurrency, minus fees, within 7 days.
6. Usage limits
Without an account: maximum EUR 999/day for vouchers; RON 10,000/day for other products; max 100 orders/day. Verified accounts get higher limits. Bypassing the limits leads to suspension and AML reporting. See AML/KYC policy for full details.
7. Lawful use and prohibitions
Products may only be used for lawful purposes. Illegal activities, money laundering, unauthorised gambling and fraud are prohibited. We report suspicions to the authorities (ANAF, Police). The site does not promote anonymity.
8. Liability and risk
BTCfactura.com is not responsible for third-party use of the products or for losses due to crypto volatility. The user is responsible for the security of their wallet and email address.
9. Intellectual property
The site’s content is the property of SC. Digital Payments Srl. Copying without permission is prohibited.
10. Force majeure
The company is not liable for delays caused by uncontrollable events (network outages, cyberattacks).
11. TOS updates
The terms may be updated at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of the new conditions.
12. Applicable law
The terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled in the local competent courts. EU consumers can file a complaint with ANPC.
