How long does delivery take?

Mobile top-ups and digital vouchers arrive instantly by email/phone after the Bitcoin payment confirms (1–2 blockchain confirmations).

How long do bill payments take?

Bill payments are processed within minutes of the blockchain confirmation. The supplier confirms within 24–48 hours.

Which currency do you accept?

We accept Bitcoin (BTC) only, via BTCPay Server. No other cryptocurrencies, no fiat.

Can I cancel an order?

Digital products (vouchers, top-ups) can NOT be cancelled after delivery. For bill payments, cancellation is possible within the first 5 minutes.
